Londinium MMXXII

I’m Orazio. Welcome to my journal, where I document the chaos and charm of my life since moving to London. Expect a rollercoaster of emotions as I navigate the ups and downs of living abroad, tackling everything from relationship struggles and the challenges of gay life to moments of pure joy and self-discovery. My posts are a mix of pessimism and optimism, spirituality and sarcasm, filled with “what the fuck” realisations and reflections on life’s absurdities. Join me on this unpredictable journey as I strive to find my path, laugh at the madness, and sometimes just scream into the void.

About Orazio Overton

I’m Orazio. The winds from all directions of Europe blew towards the center, bringing with them looks, sounds, smells, and poems, creating a restless soul and a nomadic dreamer, always searching for the next exploration, adventure, or disaster.

This is my latest venture to the UK. Coming here because of love, initially unsure, I soon realized that expectations rarely match reality. Now, I find my way by appreciating the smaller beauties, allowing myself to feel and fall. Giving myself the chance to grow and discover new facets of my being.

It is Londinium, the capital of Roman Britain, that I am now conquering anew—this time, without any invasion.

If you’re into trivial things, relationship drama, deep thoughts, self-discovery and baking, follow me along!
